Formulate It Friday

Luke needs your opinion!  Think about where we left off in our novel Among the Hidden yesterday, and post a message in his secret chat room telling Luke what you think he should do. 

Today's Prompt:  Should Luke stay among the hidden or should he make a run for freedom?  Why do you think that?

Thought Provoking Thursday

Luke was faced with a difficult decision in Among the Hidden  He could either stay hidden for the rest of his life, or say a painful goodbye to his family and try to live a normal life on his own.  With that in mind, respond to today's prompt. 

Today's Prompt:  All children should have the same opportunities.

Yesterday we began reading Among the Hidden.  Luke lives in a different type of world than we live in today, yet some of his feelings may be similar to how some of you feel at times.  Luke has never been to school, a birthday party, played on a baseball team, or even had a friend over.  Respond to the following prompt in your composition book.

Today's Prompt:  Is it better to blend in or stand out?  Why?
